Proleex is a platform where experts can share their knowledge and skills through online courses and services.
Create an account and verify your email. You can start browsing and booking services right away, or activate provider mode from your profile to list your own.
Checkout is handled by Mollie, supporting major cards and other regional payment methods. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is verified as successful.
Service fees are non-refundable by default. If something's gone wrong with a booking, reach out to the provider directly or contact support and we'll help sort it out.

Each service lists specific available time slots. Pick one, confirm your details, and pay — you'll see it under "My Reservations" once confirmed.
New services are reviewed by our team before they go live. This usually only takes a short while — the provider can keep editing it from their Manage page in the meantime.
